About Me

Hello, I’m Daniel McAdams.

This blog is the culmination of my three greatest passions: photography, history, and exploration. As I travel across my home state of Missouri, I'm on a mission to find and document old, historic, and abandoned churches, preserving their memory and story through my lens and historical research.

My professional background includes a Bachelor of Divinity from Christian Leaders Institute, a Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting from Colorado Media School, and Certificates in World History and Anthropology from IAP Career College. Beyond my travels, I'm an active member of Grace Community Church in Jefferson City, where I volunteer on the music team, manage social media, and occasionally have the honor of teaching and preaching.

I believe every one of these forgotten places has a past that deserves to be remembered. If you have any personal stories or information about a church I've featured, I'd love to hear from you.

Soli Deo gloria!
